Here at Industrial Electrical a main concern of ours is safety.

All work performed on DC plant equipment shall be in accordance with the safety precautions contained in the battery manufacturer's handbook. Industrial shall comply strictly with local, municipal, provincial, state, and national laws, orders, and regulations pertaining to health or safety which are applicable to contractor or to the work, including without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (84 U.S.C. 1590), as amended, and any State plans approved there under and regulations there under to the extent applicable and Industrial warrants the tools, materials, equipment and facilities, whether temporary or permanent, used and/or furnished by Contractor in connection with the performance of the work shall comply therewith.

Industrial shall also ensure that only employees appropriately trained and equipped to handle hazardous material containing articles, such as batteries, are engaged and that emergency procedures relevant to the facility and the nature of the work are strictly enforced.

Industrial shall ensure that their employees are aware of the locations of first aid supplies, including eyewash and quick drenching/flushing facilities and that contractor's employees use/wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as required by law. Industrial shall immediately notify the customer point-of-contact if an employee of the contractor is injured while on customer property or in the performance of services for customer.
